Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Analytics and Optimization Manager to join our team and drive measurable growth through data-driven optimization strategies. This role will take complete ownership of the on-site conversion rate and user experience, combining analytical expertise with creative problem-solving to maximize our digital performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce optimization and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver significant business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of the on-site conversion rate & UX, serving as the primary driver of optimization initiatives and accountable for measurable improvements in site performance and user experience

• Create conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources

• Conduct internal planning meetings and lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates

• Establish and maintain a clear backlog, and define the optimization roadmap that will increase conversion, customer engagement, and other KPIs.

• Identify optimization opportunities, analyze and interpret site usage data and trends through rich and in-depth data analysis, consumer research (quantitative and qualitative), and usability studies.

• Create high-quality, comprehensive deliverables such as project strategy decks, creative briefs, and weekly/monthly reports

• Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimization test set-ups and present results internally or externally through the production of high-quality documentation

• Train team members on Conversion Optimization.

  
  

  
  

Required skills/experience:

• 3+ years' experience working specifically in CRO and Analytics of an e-Commerce or D2C direct-to-consumer company.

• Advanced understanding of Web analytics such as Google Analytics

• Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices

• Good understanding of UX/UI design principles

• Copywriting skills, particularly the ability to write compelling value propositions

• Internalized knowledge of online marketing concepts & the role that usability and user experience play in achieving online business goals

• Hands-on experience with any conversion optimization testing tools such as LiveBall, Optimizely, SiteSpect, Test & Target, Optimizely, Unbounce

• Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills

You must deliver ONE validated A/B test winner that achieves:

• ≥30% revenue per visitor uplift (statistically significant at 95% confidence).

• Is a Radical Differentiation from standard e-commerce experiences or a Superior Friction Solve.

• Shows sustained performance over a minimum 14-day test period with ≥10,000 visitors.

Secondary KPIs:

• Complete a full CRO audit identifying 10+ high-impact test opportunities with data-backed revenue uplift estimates.
