Overview
In this role, you will focus primarily on sourcing and assessing AI tools and platforms, with secondary responsibilities for evaluating non-AI business solutions and data sources. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with hands-on technical capabilities to provide comprehensive platform evaluations and recommendations. Reporting to the Chief AI Operations Officer, you'll be part of our growing AI technology team, driving innovation in automation and optimization.
Unmatched compensation: Max monthly salary of up to 25K AED + up to 10% monthly bonus.
Responsibilities:
AI Platform Analysis (60% of role):
Drive end-to-end platform evaluation process: gather business requirements and success criteria, source potential solutions, evaluate platforms against established benchmarks, and present comprehensive findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Lead thorough evaluations of AI platforms and tools through hands-on testing and trial versions, focusing on comprehensive assessment methodologies
Create detailed comparative analyses using weighted scoring methodologies to evaluate platform effectiveness
Perform systematic feature analysis of AI platforms, with detailed focus on Language models and their capabilities, Integration possibilities and API frameworks, Customization options and flexibility, Performance metrics and benchmarking and Security and compliance features.
Document technical specifications and capabilities of AI platforms with precise attention to detail
Research and validate AI platform claims and performance metrics through rigorous testing
Monitor advancements in AI technologies to provide forward-looking recommendations with a focus on LLMs, automation tools, and optimization platforms. Success in this role is measured by evaluation accuracy, implementation success rates, and proactive suggestions.
General Systems Analysis (40% of role):
Evaluate non-AI business platforms including CRM and marketing tools through systematic assessment.
Conduct platform demos and manage trial implementations for business solution evaluation.
Create detailed comparison matrices analyzing features, pricing, and capabilities of various platforms.
Research market solutions and industry trends to inform platform decisions.
Support stakeholder requirements gathering and analysis for platform selection.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in IT software/SaaS sourcing and procurement with a focus on platform evaluation and assessment.
Strong capability in developing and implementing evaluation frameworks, including weighted scoring methodologies.
Excel proficiency for complex analysis.
Exceptional analytical abilities to perform thorough cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments and competitor analysis.
Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and vice-versa.
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership, translating technical assessments into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Meticulous attention to detail with structured approach to documentation and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
Beneficial Skills:
Practical experience with machine learning concepts and AI implementation projects.
Technical understanding of API architectures and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with various business platforms (CRM, Marketing, Sales tools).
Project management experience, particularly in technology evaluation initiatives.
Understanding of enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements.

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
We want to give every candidate a fast, fair, and prep-free way to get their foot in the door. No worrying if you'll get a response or if your CV even reached the right person. Do well on the test and you'll move on to the next round, guaranteed.
Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
