Overview
As Puffy's Digital Project Manager, you'll spearhead the full lifecycle of our e-commerce digital projects from initiation to successful deployment, transforming complex requirements into seamless digital experiences that engage our customers and drive business growth. This role exists to ensure the flawless execution of Puffy's digital initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and maintaining quality standards, directly contributing to our market leadership in the e-commerce sleep products industry.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of AED 20,000 - AED 30,000/month based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity for up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.
What You'll Achieve
Leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to deliver high-quality digital projects on time.
Implementing and maintaining Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Asana project management tool.
Managing project scope, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and gathering detailed requirements.
Conducting effective capacity and resource allocation to optimize team productivity.
Monitoring project progress and making strategic adjustments as needed to ensure objectives are met.
Staying up to date with digital trends and technologies to continuously improve project delivery methods.
Proactively identifying and addressing stakeholder needs before they become issues, maintaining transparent communication across all project phases.
Expertly balancing resources and priorities across multiple simultaneous high-stakes projects without compromising quality or timelines.
Ideal Profile
3-5 years of digital project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
Strong proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools for project planning, tracking, and team collaboration.
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
Comprehensive understanding of the digital product development lifecycle, including web and mobile development processes and terminology
Experience creating technical documentation and conducting thorough requirement-gathering sessions.
Proven track record managing in-house cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA specialists in an office environment.
Expertise in capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.
Exceptional proactive communication skills with demonstrated ability to keep all stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and drive alignment without being prompted.
Proven track record of solution-oriented thinking when faced with constraints, demonstrating creativity and persistence rather than settling for the status quo
Ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining positive team dynamics
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
Good-to-Have Skills
Proficiency with AI tools for project management and workflow optimization.
Experience with multiple project management platforms beyond Asana.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital product development methodologies.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
We want to give every candidate a fast, fair, and prep-free way to get their foot in the door. No worrying if you'll get a response or if your CV even reached the right person. Do well on the test and you'll move on to the next round, guaranteed.
Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
