What You'll Own
Build the Retail Channel: Take full ownership of our retail P&L. Create the strategic roadmap, manage the budget, and scale revenue into a multi-million dollar business.
Drive Partner Performance: Recruit, onboard, and optimize retail partnerships. Collaborate with partners to exceed sales targets, maximize shelf positioning, and accelerate market share growth.
Manage Key Accounts: Own strategic relationships with major retailers. Negotiate comprehensive terms, orchestrate promotional calendars, and ensure we're consistently hitting velocity benchmarks.
Scale Channel Operations: Build effective processes and systems that can scale seamlessly as we expand to more retail partners and geographic markets.
Execute Offline Marketing: Design and implement sophisticated in-store promotions, compelling displays, and targeted marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and conversion optimization.
Develop Rigorous Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Implement and maintain a robust system for sales forecasting and pipeline management. Provide clear, consistent, and insightful reports to senior leadership on performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives.
Analyze and Act on Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, ensuring Puffy maintains a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
Channel Sales Excellence: 8+ years building or managing retail channels with demonstrated multi-million dollar revenue growth results
Strategic Account Management: Proven experience managing large retail accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic partner relationships
B2B Sales Leadership: Track record of leading high-performing sales teams and managing complex broker/distributor networks
Retail Partnership Expertise: Deep understanding of how to structure advantageous deals, negotiate sophisticated terms, and build mutually beneficial partnerships with retailers
Performance-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with comprehensive sales forecasts, velocity targets, and full P&L accountability
Executive Communication: Can present confidently to C-suite executives, develop sales teams, and build strong relationships with retail buyers

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
We want to give every candidate a fast, fair, and prep-free way to get their foot in the door. No worrying if you'll get a response or if your CV even reached the right person. Do well on the test and you'll move on to the next round, guaranteed.
Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
The link for the online test only expires once we have filled the position, but if you’re super interested in the opportunity, we recommend you take it ASAP as our hiring process moves quickly.
