Overview - We are hiring for an Executive Assistant based in Puffy's Dubai office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our CEO's daily functions. The Executive Assistant will take charge of coordinating the CEO's daily office management tasks, handle the CEO's schedule, emails, and various engagements, and provide proactive support amidst rapidly shifting priorities and demands. The selected candidate will be a key point of contact, playing an instrumental role in the CEO's efficiency and success.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of AED 18,000 - AED 22,000/month based on experience and qualifications, plus opportunity for up to 10% performance bonus, all tax-free. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.
What You'll Achieve
Execute Strategic Coordination: Manage complex executive calendars and priorities, ensuring optimal time allocation for high-impact business initiatives.
Drive Executive Efficiency: Serve as the primary gateway for all CEO communications, expertly filtering and prioritizing critical business matters.
Orchestrate High-Level Meetings: Coordinate executive team sessions, board meetings, and strategic planning discussions, including comprehensive minute-taking and follow-up actions.
Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Execute seamless office management for the CEO, handling administrative workflows and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
Handle Confidential Projects: Manage sensitive information, strategic projects, and personal tasks for the CEO with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Facilitate Data and Reporting: Collate and review data, prepare comprehensive reports and materials for executive decision-making.
Coordinate Executive Logistics: Arrange international travel, accommodations, and meeting spaces for the CEO and executive team across multiple locations.

Ideal Profile
5+ years of executive support experience: Providing high-level assistance to C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication mastery: Proven ability to represent executive leadership professionally across all organizational levels.
Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency: Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications,
Strategic thinking capabilities: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they arise.
Flexibility for UAE travel: Adaptability to support executive requirements across different locations and time zones.
Independent execution skills: Proven track record of managing complex projects and priorities with minimal supervision.

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
We want to give every candidate a fast, fair, and prep-free way to get their foot in the door. No worrying if you'll get a response or if your CV even reached the right person. Do well on the test and you'll move on to the next round, guaranteed.
Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
