The Opportunity:
You'll own data infrastructure and analytics operations for a $1B+ e-commerce brand spending $24M+ annually on ads. Your mandate: audit and fix tracking configurations, build automated validation systems, architect reliable data pipelines, and establish the data quality standards the entire company relies on. You'll also lead a team of 3 data professionals.
What You'll Own:
Audit and fix tracking setup across GA4, GTM, Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad platforms
Build automated validation systems that catch errors before they reach reporting
Architect reliable data pipelines from website events through warehouse to reporting
Lead the Analytics Manager and 2 Data Specialists with a focus on accuracy and process
Drive strategic projects including server-side tracking migration and advanced attribution for $24M+ ad spend
What You Bring:
7+ years in digital analytics with proven ownership of data quality in high-stakes B2C environments
Expert-level proficiency in GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, data pipeline architecture, and e-commerce tracking
Strong SQL skills with Python or R proficiency for data validation
Systems-first mindset—prioritizes building infrastructure over presenting insights
Commitment to data accuracy with zero tolerance for errors reaching leadership
