Overview


In this role, you'll lead our Meta presence and drive performance through innovative campaigns that connect our brand with mattress-seeking customers in the USA. You'll conceptualize and execute data-driven social media strategies, craft compelling creative content, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.


Unmatched compensation: Max monthly salary of upto 35K AED + up to 10% monthly bonus.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing end-to-end Meta campaigns from awareness to conversion, and drive measurable business results, from initial concept to final performance analysis.

  • Creating innovative content strategies that resonate with our target audience, leveraging Meta's full suite of features and formats to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Managing and optimizing campaign budgets across Meta platforms, ensuring optimal ROAS while maintaining brand consistency and message integrity.

  • Analyzing campaign metrics, user behavior, and engagement patterns to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign performance continuously.

  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop scroll-stopping visual content that stands out in crowded social feeds while maintaining our luxury brand aesthetic.

  • Conducting A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, and audience segments to identify winning combinations and scale successful campaigns.

  • Implementing advanced retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers

  • Staying ahead of Meta platform updates, social media trends, and best practices in the D2C e-commerce space to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives and promotional calendar.


Required Skills:


  • Total 5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands, with demonstrated success in driving conversions and engagement.

  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing successful social campaigns from start to finish.

  • Strong understanding of Meta's advertising platform, including advanced targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques across different objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improvement.

  • Strong creative intuition with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and provide art direction for visual content.

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and current trends in the D2C space.


Beneficial Skills:


  • Experience in the mattress, furniture, or home goods industry.

  • Knowledge of other social media platforms, paid social advertising channels, social commerce, and Meta Shopping features.

  • Experience with video content creation, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and automated ad creation tools for social media.

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?

We want to give every candidate a fast, fair, and prep-free way to get their foot in the door. No worrying if you'll get a response or if your CV even reached the right person. Do well on the test and you'll move on to the next round, guaranteed.

Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
