You will ensure smooth office operations and create a welcoming atmosphere reflecting Puffy's excellence commitment. Your role is crucial in maintaining our professional image and supporting our team's success through efficient front-office management.

Unmatched compensation: Max monthly salary of up to AED 7K + up to 10% monthly bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance visitor experiences by delivering exceptional service and maintaining our professional image through skillful management of reception area and guest interactions

• Drive operational efficiency through proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, and office administrative support

• Ensure seamless communication flow by managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with precision and professionalism

• Optimize office functionality by maintaining supplies, equipment, and coordinating with facilities management

• Support team productivity by providing reliable administrative support and maintaining organized documentation systems

• Create positive experiences for both internal team members and external visitors through thoughtful coordination of office events and meetings

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in visitor management and professional reception duties in a corporate office environment

• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proven computer literacy with Google Workspace

• Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience in handling professional communication across multiple channels

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Beneficial Skills:

• Proficiency with modern office equipment and visitor management systems

• Experience in event coordination or office management
