Overview -
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Head of PPC to drive our paid search initiatives. As a key leader within our e-commerce marketing team, you'll have full ownership of our substantial PPC spending, which exceeds $1 million per month, and work directly with our Forbes Council member CEO to drive Puffy's next phase of growth in the competitive D2C mattress industry. You'll develop and work on data-driven PPC strategies that have directly contributed to our recognition as a Top 5 US mattress brand and our consistent 100% YoY growth since 2016.
Compensation: Competitive salary of up to $175K + up to 25% monthly bonus based on experience and qualifications. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience and demonstrated expertise.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PPC strategies for Puffy's online campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Manage and optimize the company's Google Ads account, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
Continuously analyze and assess campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and achieve KPI targets.
Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities, including A/B testing and landing page optimization, to improve ad performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content, design, and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Prepare and present regular reports on PPC performance to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending strategic actions.
Required skills/experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts ($1M+ monthly spend) in e-commerce, preferably in D2C or mattress industry.
In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
Knowledge of CRO best practices, including A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with e-commerce industry trends and best practices.
Beneficial experience:
Google Ads certification is a plus.

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
After a successful application review, we invite selected candidates to our online skills test. It's the most fair and objective way for you to demonstrate your skills, free from unconscious bias. It’s also a great way for you to see if our work is the right fit for your ambition. Success on the test guarantees you move to Phase 2.
Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
The invitation link for the online test only expires once the position is filled. However, our hiring process moves quickly, so we highly recommend you complete it as soon as you can.

Session Time: Once started, the test has a 4-hour inactivity timer before it automatically submits.
Returning Candidates: If you have applied for this same role within the last 6 months, our system may use your previous assessment score. In this case, you may be taken directly to a confirmation page.

Dubai Hub (On-site): Our Dubai office is our hub for deep, in-person collaboration. All roles here are on-site to help our teams move fast and innovate together.
USA Team (Primarily In-Office): Most of our US roles are based in our Los Angeles hub. For a select few strategic positions, we offer remote work to attract the world's best expert for the job.
