The Opportunity
You'll serve as the CEO's strategic lifestyle coordinator for a $1B+ e-commerce brand—transforming every request into an exceptional outcome. This isn't task management; it's orchestrating flawless execution across all personal operations while building a network of world-class providers. The mandate: make the CEO's personal life run on autopilot so they can focus on scaling the business.

Make the CEO's personal life run on autopilot
Anticipate needs before they are articulated, manage the personal calendar and appointments strategically, and maintain organized systems so nothing needs chasing.
Secure coveted reservations, coordinate exclusive event access, and design personalized experiences that match the CEO's preferences and lifestyle standards.
Own every request from inception to completion, troubleshooting obstacles independently and ensuring consistent excellence in every interaction and outcome.
Find the right solutions and build the network behind them
Conduct comprehensive research on products, services, and providers, from everyday essentials to specialist requirements, presenting curated options that save time and deliver exactly what's needed.
Build and maintain relationships with elite service providers across lifestyle, wellness, automotive, and home services to ensure instant access to quality and reliability.
Evaluate and negotiate with providers on quality, availability, pricing, and terms, using sound judgment to secure the strongest option while keeping credible alternatives ready.
What You Bring
What you must demonstrate
2-3 years of experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, or an executive/personal assistant role with a focus on exceptional execution
Proven expertise as a master researcher, able to quickly identify and vet high-quality providers, products, and solutions
A resourceful problem-solver who thrives on challenges and finds solutions where others see obstacles
Exceptional communication skills with the polish to represent a CEO in all interactions with premium service providers
Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or missed follow-ups
Strong network-building skills and comfort interfacing with luxury and high-end service environments
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Flexible mindset with availability for occasional evening/weekend coordination
Additional advantages
Fluency in Russian or Armenian (alongside English) — strongly preferred for seamless local coordination

Experience with Asana or project management tools
Background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or family office environments

Accounts, tools and calendar access set up. Asana training, and your role-specific AI-Native Starter Pack: how research, comparison and follow-up are expected to run here, and where the line is on anything personal. You meet the CEO and the Executive Assistant properly.
WEEK 2
— Get the full picture
You learn the preferences and standards that define a good outcome here — how the CEO travels, eats, buys and spends time — and you work alongside the team on live requests.
WEEK 3
— Start contributing
You run requests end to end, from research to booked and confirmed, and your shortlists go to the CEO.
WEEK 4
— Your first ship
You're anticipating rather than responding — acting on what hasn't been asked for yet, and putting systems in place where the gaps are.

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
After a successful application review, we invite selected candidates to our online skills test. It's a consistent, structured way for you to demonstrate your skills, assessed against the same criteria as every other candidate. It’s also a great way for you to see if our work is the right fit for your ambition. Candidates who pass the assessment move to Phase 2, the case study challenge.
Is there an expiry date for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
The invitation link for the online test only expires once the position is filled. However, our hiring process moves quickly, so we highly recommend you complete it as soon as you can.

Dubai Hub (On-site): Our Dubai office is our hub for deep, in-person collaboration. All roles here are on-site to help our teams move fast and innovate together.
USA Team (Primarily In-Office): Most of our US roles are based in our Los Angeles hub. For a select few strategic positions, we offer remote work to attract the world's best expert for each role.
You will always find the location clearly stated in the job title. If a role is open to remote work across the US, it will be labeled "Remote".
