Overview:
We are seeking a highly resourceful and meticulous Executive Personal Assistant to serve as the CEO's single point of contact for all personal and lifestyle operations. In this role, you will be the connection point between vision and reality, orchestrating flawless execution and transforming requests into exceptional outcomes. You will proactively manage the CEO's personal life, build an elite network of service providers, and create systems that ensure their world runs effortlessly. This is a key role built on complete confidence and trust, empowering the CEO to focus on their primary business objectives.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of AED 12K - 15K per month + up to 10% monthly bonus based on experience and qualifications. This transparent range represents our full compensation spectrum, with specific offers determined by relevant experience, established networks, and demonstrated expertise.
Responsibilities:
Secure coveted reservations, coordinate exclusive event access, and design personalized experiences that match the CEO's preferences and lifestyle standards.
Conduct comprehensive research on products, services, and providers—from everyday essentials to specialty items—presenting curated options that save time and deliver exactly what's needed.
Build and maintain relationships with elite service providers across categories (lifestyle, wellness, automotive, home services) to ensure instant access to quality and reliability.
Anticipate needs before they are articulated, manage the personal calendar and appointments strategically, and maintain organized systems to ensure personal affairs operate seamlessly.
Own every task from inception to completion, troubleshoot obstacles independently, and ensure consistent excellence in every interaction and outcome.
Required skills/experience:
2-3 years of experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, or an executive/personal assistant role with a focus on exceptional execution.
Proven expertise as a master researcher, able to quickly identify and vet high-quality providers, products, and solutions.
A resourceful problem-solver who thrives on challenges and finds solutions where others see obstacles.
Exceptional communication skills with the polish to represent a CEO in all interactions with premium service providers.
Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or missed follow-ups.
Strong network-building skills and comfort interfacing with luxury and high-end service environments.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Based in Dubai with a deep knowledge of the city's lifestyle ecosystem.
Flexible mindset with availability for occasional evening/weekend coordination.
Beneficial experience:
An established network of trusted premium service providers in Dubai.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
A background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or family office environments.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
After a successful application review, we invite selected candidates to our online skills test. It's the most fair and objective way for you to demonstrate your skills, free from unconscious bias. It’s also a great way for you to see if our work is the right fit for your ambition. Success on the test guarantees you move to Phase 2.
Is there an expiry for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
The invitation link for the online test only expires once the position is filled. However, our hiring process moves quickly, so we highly recommend you complete it as soon as you can.
Please note these important details:
Session Time: Once started, the test has a 4-hour inactivity timer before it automatically submits.
Returning Candidates: If you have applied for this same role within the last 6 months, our system may use your previous assessment score. In this case, you may be taken directly to a confirmation page.

Dubai Hub (On-site): Our Dubai office is our hub for deep, in-person collaboration. All roles here are on-site to help our teams move fast and innovate together.
USA Team (Primarily In-Office): Most of our US roles are based in our Los Angeles hub. For a select few strategic positions, we offer remote work to attract the world's best expert for the job.
You will always find the location clearly stated in the job title. If a role is open to remote work across the US, it will be labeled "Remote".
