The Opportunity
You'll own the day-to-day execution of Google Ads for Puffy.com, a $1Billion+ e-commerce brand, across brand and non-brand Search, Performance Max and Shopping. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PPC, you'll build and refine campaign structures, run the daily optimization loop, and bring bidding, pacing and scaling actions forward for approval before they go live. This is a hands-on execution role on a large, mature account, built for a specialist who wants to be trusted with the whole daily loop inside their first month.
*This position is remote, with the option to work from our Dubai office (with 0% income tax), if preferred (relocation and visa sponsorship support available).
Who You'll Work With
Meet the team you'd be working with, and what you'd work on together:
What You'll Own
Campaign Execution & Performance
Build Campaigns from Scratch: Build, launch and refine Google Ads campaigns across brand and non-brand Search, Performance Max and Shopping, including campaign segmentation, ad groups, asset groups, keywords, audience signals and product listing groups. Prepare campaign structures for review and complete quality checks before approved launches.
Manage Daily Optimization: Conduct keyword research, review search terms, maintain negative keywords and perform campaign quality checks. Identify improvements, document recommendations and implement approved changes.
Monitor Bids & Budgets: Track spend, budget pacing and campaign performance against agreed targets. Recommend bidding adjustments and pause, hold or scale actions, obtain approval before implementation and escalate performance or delivery issues promptly.
Execute Meta Campaigns: Build, update and monitor Meta campaigns as assigned, including campaign setup, ad and asset updates, performance checks and implementation of approved optimizations.
Identify Performance Gaps: Analyze account data to identify inefficiencies, structural weaknesses and growth opportunities. Present recommendations to the Senior PPC Manager and follow approved actions through to implementation and review.
Support Shopping & Feed Performance: Maintain effective product segmentation, monitor feed quality and coordinate product-feed or Merchant Center updates with the relevant teams.
Testing, Reporting & Collaboration
Improve Ads & Landing Pages: Develop and test search ad copy, coordinate Google and Meta assets with Copy and Design, and collaborate with CRO and Development on approved landing-page improvements and A/B tests.
Report Results & Insights: Prepare regular reports covering Google and Meta performance, actions taken, issues and recommended next steps. Work with Analytics to investigate tracking or reporting discrepancies and explain their implications for campaign decisions.
Improve Execution Workflows: Stay current with relevant Google Ads and Meta developments. Use AI tools to support research, analysis and execution, validate outputs against account data and document repeatable workflows that improve quality and efficiency.

WEEK 1
— Land well
You get access to Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, Google Tag Manager and the shared reporting sheets. Asana training, and your role-specific AI-Native Starter Pack: the prompt library, the internal workflow, and the validation step that runs before anything reaches a live campaign. Your first week is spent inside the account itself — how the campaigns are structured and why — and you meet your manager, team and cross-functional departments properly.
WEEK 2
— Get the full picture
Review the live Google and Meta accounts, spend and performance history, campaign structures and reporting routines. Understand the purpose of existing campaigns, earlier tests, known issues and how recommendations move through approval to implementation. You go through the tests and structural changes that didn't work and why they were rolled back, and walk the customer journey end to end from search term to ad to landing page to purchase.
WEEK 3
— Start contributing
You pick up your first optimization cycle alongside the Senior Manager, PPC, take over daily search-term review and campaign quality checks, and bring your first performance report with recommended next steps into the weekly paid review.
WEEK 4
— Your first ship
Manage the assigned campaign workload independently, including monitoring, analysis, quality checks, reporting and preparation of the next actions. Continue obtaining approval before implementing campaign changes, and present priorities for the following month.

Arthur Andreasyan, Puffy CEO, Founder & Forbes Council Member
Hi there,
If you're reading this, you're probably asking whether Puffy is the right place for your next chapter. I founded Puffy in 2017 after a simple question: "What would it feel like to sleep on a cloud?" That question became a business, and I wanted to build a company where ambitious people could grow with us.
That same mindset is why we became AI-first in December 2023, well before it became a standard way of working. We move quickly, stay relentless and hungry, question the usual way of doing things, and give people real ownership. We believe a focused team can outperform much larger companies. What matters here is the quality of your work, the decisions you make, the problems you solve before anyone asks, and the impact you create.
If you join us, I'll expect a lot from you, and I'll make sure you have the trust, context, and support to do meaningful work. If that kind of challenge excites you, I'd be glad to have you build Puffy with us.
Looking forward to working with you,
ArthurA

Why do I have to take an online test if I have the relevant skills and experience?
After a successful application review, we invite selected candidates to our online skills test. It's a consistent, structured way for you to demonstrate your skills, assessed against the same criteria as every other candidate. It’s also a great way for you to see if our work is the right fit for your ambition. Candidates who pass the assessment move to Phase 2, the case study challenge.
Is there an expiry date for the online test? When do you expect me to complete the online assessment?
The invitation link for the online test only expires once the position is filled. However, our hiring process moves quickly, so we highly recommend you complete it as soon as you can.
Please note these important details:
Session Time: Once started, the test has a 4-hour inactivity timer before it auto-submits your answers.
Returning Candidates: If you applied for this same role within the last 6 months, our system may use your previous assessment score. In this case, you may be taken directly to a confirmation page.
Top Tip: The invitation email may go to your spam or junk folder, so please check there if you haven't received it.
If you still encounter any issues, please reach out to us at careers@puffy.com.
